USB Cable UC-E6 for Nikon Coolpix P50 S520 L18 L16 S210ReviewsExactly what I needed for a low price. Arrived in a matter of just a few days. As long as you check your manual or the manufacturer's website, you can figure out the exact cable you need. I have a Nikon S210 and checked the website, it had all the specifics which made it easy to find which cable I needed. The USB cable UC-E6 for a Nikon Coolpix L18 camera did not fit the camera. Had to send it back for a refund, at my expense. They should ck to make sure these USB cables fit befor selling them. The cable arrived promptly, but it was too large for my camera. I have the Nikon Coolpix L18 camera. According to the description of this cable, it should fit that exact camera, but it did not. Since the cable came from another source (not Amazon directly), I called them and the person I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. She looked up the information and realized I needed the "mini" cable. OK, fine. But they need to change the description on the cable I received - it does NOT fit the L18, as stated. They sent me the replacement promptly, along with a postage paid label to return the other cable. Easy and quick. Average Rating:![]() |

Konica Minolta USB-3 USB Cable for Dimage X50, X60, Z10 & Z20 Digital CamerasReviewsIt's great and much better than the cable that came with the camera. This one is sturdy. The cable cord arrived quickly, was as described and fixed the problem I had been experiencing.Great company and service. This may be a just a minor detail to some however, I work with cables all of time. This is indeed a high quality cable with high quality connectors. Much more robust than the cable that Konica-Minolta includes with their cameras. If you ever need a replacement cable or simply need a spare or want to upgrade, this is the one to get. Seagull SC-5 Hot Shoe Flash Adapter to PC and Standard Hot Shoes for Sony Alpha / Minolta Maxxum CamerasReviewsI wonder why anyone would by Sony's version of this for 15x the price? I use this on my Alpha A350 to fire monolights (Flashpoint II 620M and Flashpoint II 320M). It does this flawlessly, both with a PC cable (in addition to the hot shoe adapter, it has a PC output port) and a Flashpoint wireless trigger. I know one person who also uses it with a PocketWizard. Bottom line...it does the job well, and it's dirt cheap. Purchased this for a Minolta Maxxum 4 so I could use several flash units with the camera. The first one was defective but I was emmediately shipped a replacement. Warning, they will not work with Minolta Maxxum series 4,5 at all. Cannot be sure of other models but it will not work with those. Other that that, they are fantastic items. Gave the good one to a friend and it worked great with his camera. This converter was used on a Sony Alpha 700 to mate the hotshoe with a wireless flash transmitter- The Alzo digital Kit. System works well without any known issues. [[ASIN:B0018AB1X6 Wireless Flash Trigger kit - 4 Channel - Reliable remote flash triggering - comparable to Pocket Wizard Multi-Max - by [...] It's great to alpha 350 camera, with this I can connect my external lights without any problems and continue taking photos Es lo ideal para las cámaras alpha 350, con esto puedo conectar mis luces externas sin ningún problema y continuar tomando fotos I've had a Sony Alpha for a few years that I could never use with my studio lights because the Alpha wouldn't take a hot shoe. What a relief to find this adapter, for less than ten bucks, and with a button that lets the flash assembly come on and off with no fuss at all. Now my Sony can be used in the studio in a professional capacity as well as for landscapes and snapshots. Average Rating:![]() |

Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom Lens for Konica Minolta and Sony Digital SLR CamerasReviewsI purchased this lens approx. 2 months ago for my Sony 200 DSLR. I researched several lenses from different manufacturers, as well as read many reviews for each. I decided to go with the Tamron because I wanted to have the ability to take close ups, as well as distance shots without having to constantly change my lenses. I still rely on my extra lenses for specific shots, but so far I have been very impressed with the capabilities of this lens. When you manually zoom there is a bit of tension but haven't been too bothered by it. The switch on the lens itself which allows you to switch over to macro setting is also a nice option. I didn't see it when I first used the camera until I attempted a macro shot and couldn't get the look I wanted. Once I switched it over I was very happy with the closeups I was able to get. Like I said, I haven't had it for very long and tend to use this much more once the weather improves. I have also taken photos of people with this lens and am very happy with the coloring I get in my pictures too! The photos have been very clear and even when fully extended the lens has not been nearly as blurry or distorted as I was fearing. The Tamron was a good choice for me because I am on a budget and not able to put out a lot of money for the higher end models. So far...very happy. As a former Minolta Xi owner, I use a Sony Alpha 200 DSLR. The old Minolta D lenses work on it, and I always had good luck with Minolta equipment. The A200 came with the 18-70mm kit lens and needless to say that is ok but not even great. It is a light/plastic build with not near the reach for an everyday lens. I fixed that with a Minolta AF 24-105mm f3.5 D that is soooo nice. Still, that doesn't reach out like I needed to shoot pictures of our grand kids at play. The answer was this Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD Macro Zoom Lens for Konica Minolta and Sony Digital SLR Cameras. I found one for $139. I was skeptical because I just bought, tried, and sold a Tamron 28-200mm zoom. That lense was well built, but the autofocus would just hunt and hunt, it drove me crazy in one outing. Still the reviews for this other Tamron beckoned, and I thought what the heck, I'll try it. The worst that could happen is I'll hate it like the other Tamron, and sell it. BUT I LOVED IT INSTEAD. It is solidly built. It is light weight for it's zoom range. It weighs less than my Minolta 70-210 f3.5 zoom. I took the Tamron 70-300 and went out and shot the kids on a dark overcast day on the trampoline at full 300mm opening and wowzers the pictures were awesome. I set the camera to "Sports" and fired away. I shot 30 pictures or there abouts. The lens stopped my grand daughter's pony tail in mid flight. It was so sweet. Only had 2 blurry pictures, and they weren't bad, in fact sometimes it's cool to show motion. At 70-300mm that comparable 35mm reach is 105-450mm. There's no lens creep, it is all solid and the balance with my dslr is really nice. This baby will reach out and touch when the kids are on the playground. We're grandparents raising an autistic 5 year old. He is really active, and my former digital camera didn't stand a chance. I'd have to get too close and by then the great picture was gone and the snapshot was all that was left. This is the best buy in a long zoom I ever made. I don't do reviews, but I just had to say Thanks Tamron, this zoom ROCKS! With the rotating front lens when you focus the use of a polarizing filter is a 3 step process. I like this lens. I have used this telephoto lens with filters, with teleconverters and it works seamlessly with my Sony SLR. No problems noted. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to supplement their kit lens. It also definitely makes a difference that the stabilization for the Sony is on the body of the camera and not dependent on the lens like Canon or Nikon. This is a nice telephoto lens. You will need a wide angle lens for general photography. The macro function is a bit ackward since you must be 10' away from anything you are trying to shoot. Overall, I would buy this lens again for my Minolta Maxxum 5D. I put a skylight filter on it for protection. Average Rating:![]() |

Konica Minolta Dynax / Maxxum / Alpha 5D / 7D Digital CamerasReviewsThe only problem that I saw with this particular issue is that, this book has black and white pictures. As the author explains all the functions and features of this camera, he asks that you look at the differences in the quality of the pictures. The problem with that is, the pictures are in black and white. I felt cheated because this book costs $29.00. In saying that, overall, the instructions on using the camera are very good. I rate this book a 4 only because it is well written and very easy reading. [From the book's description:] This comprehensive 340-page book explains every knob, button, and feature of the Konica Minolta DSLR digital cameras. Generously sprinkled with insights and real-world examples, this clear manual was written in a way that is not condescending nor intimidating. Magic Lantern Guides: Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D/Dynax 5DReviewsKonica Minolta 5D is no longer in production so finding this book will be getting harder. Fortunately I brought mine's on a sale rack. Overall, I would say that reading this book is so much easier then reading the instruction booklet. The book reads well and explained how 5D work and why. Its well written so I was able to get a faster grasp of 5D then I would have reading the instruction booklet that came with the camera. However, it doesn't add much more to the instruction booklet and it definitely not worth the $13.95 that Amazon is asking for. One thing I find bit puzzling is why all the photos in these books are in black and white. Why bother with b/w when explaining color shots?? Yes it cheaper to produced the book in b/w but that will defeat the purpose of such a book. If you can get it super cheap around the same time that you brought Minolta 5D like I did, it well worth reading it since its superior to the instruction booklet that come with the camera. However, if you are already an long time 5D user, this book will offered little or no insights into the 5D that you don't already know. If you can get it super cheap, it might be an semi-useful reference guide. It also might go well if you decide to sell your 5D some day and add this book with the camera. Otherwise, this book serves very little purpose for anything else. I was looking for a "how-to and why" book with step by step instructions on using the 5D and this book did not measure up to my expectation. A good marketing sales book for Minolta. Konica Minolta NP700 Lithium-ion Battery for Dimage X50 & X60 Digital CamerasReviewsI'm very happy with this battery. And the price is great. I ordered one for a spare to carry. It was shipped very fast. I received it just a few days after the order. This battery fits tighter than ones I have purchased previously. It gets in the opening okay, but requires a fingernail or sharp object to get it to come out when needing to replace it with a fresh battery. Battery is just fine. It is a very snug fit though and doesn't come out like the original does. the battery does work in my camera and charger (unlike similar products bought in BMS) but is a little too fat/wide. i goes in ok, but is a bit difficult to take out of the camera. the original battery slides out w/o any trouble at all, whereas this one has to be pulled out w considerable difficulty. Light-weight and small size. Long battery life. Average Rating:![]() |

UltraLast ULNP200 Digital Camera Battery Pack for Konica Minolta NP-200ReviewsA battery review? Hard to say much. But the goodies came sooner than promised and work just fine. We had been struggling along with our 4 year old battery - needing to charge it after every few pictures. The new Ultralast battery is great. I don't think we've had to recharge it yet, even after videos and hours of pictures. Now let's hope the camera holds up as long as this new battery. A definite good buy for the money. I purchased two batteries. One of the packages was opened and the battery was loose in the shipping box. Upon charging both, one of the batteries did not work. Disappointed. The battery, although generic, works just as good as the old one and with the cheap price and quick delevery it saved me hunderds on a new camera that I just use in the field for work. The original battery had been deteriorating slowly for so long, I hadn't realized how short the battery life had gotten. It was great to once again be able to shoot pictures all day long without having to run back to the charger. New battery arrived on time as advertised. Average Rating:![]() |
